What is health mentoring?

Health mentors differ from traditional nutritionist, because we focus on the whole picture, being body, mind & soul. I understand there’s no one size fits all diet and we focus on everyone’s bio-individuality. I also don’t believe in DIETING. Diets are not sustainable. I understand the need for a lifestyle change that is easy, efficient and sustainable. I’m not here to slap a bandaid on your problems & give you a list of foods you should and should not eat. I’m here to deep dive into your symptoms to find the root cause & explore the WHY behind your habits and tendencies to really see why you are the way you are. I hyper-focus on nutrition, as food has the power to heal or harm your body & mind. With a strong secondary focus on gut health. Followed by neuroplasticity work (Breaking bad habit neural pathways, and building new healthy habit neural pathways in the brain). As well as focusing on mental wellness & how to cultivate more joy & energy in your life. Because let’s be honest. You can eat all the right things, lose the weight & reach your physical goals but if you are not happy, if you are not excited about life…what will it really do for you? Let’s stop treating our body, mind & soul as different parts and approach it as the whole entity that It is to achieve true homeostasis. Let me show you how to live, lively.
