“Having the opportunity to work with Kimberly through her program has been incredibly helpful and at times, jaw dropping. As someone diagnosed with Chrons disease over a decade ago, I have been to many doctors and gastrointestinal “gurus” over the years. I’ve had lots of tests, procedures, surgeries, and have lost count of how many drugs I’ve been prescribed to manage my symptoms. In just the first two sessions with Kimberly, I had received more information about the root causes of Chrons than had ever been shared by any of my doctors. I had never heard of a microbiome. I had never been told about how things like chronic inflammation and poor gut health manifest in my body. I gained so much new knowledge in just a few short weeks. Working with Kimberly felt like I finally had a friend who cared enough to share the secrets about how to heal myself that no one else would tell me.
